SERVICES

In Holistic Genius, Coach Mette Flindt offers the following services:

ONLINE SERVICES:

  • Group and individual online coaching programs
  • Individual online Human Design and numerological readings
  • Individual online mentorship sessions
  • Online self-study courses
  • Masterclasses
  • Masterminds
  • Human Design and numerological audio files (digital products)

NON-ONLINE SERVICES:

  • Speaking engagements
  • Courses (primarily at larger companies)
  • 1:1 coaching (primarily in larger companies)

Individual coaching programs are agreed upon between the client and Mette Flindt. If no specific terms are agreed, these terms are applied. 

 

GENERAL TERMS

RIGHTS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All rights to workshops, courses, course materials, programs, program materials, illustrations, pictures, and digital products belong to Holistic Genius.

Any product and service is personal. You agree not to reproduce, lent, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without prior written permission by Mette Flindt.

You accept that we send you emails and newsletters related to the requested services.

You accept that we share and advertise our collaboration. For individuals though, know that your feedback, testimonials, breakthroughs etc. will be anonymized before they are shared, unless specifically agreed with you. We value your privacy.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information through the payment platforms in Holistic Genius is governed by our Privacy Policy. Click HERE to view our Privacy Policy.

REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise stated, all items and programs purchased are 100% non-refundable and returns will not be accepted. Already paid amounts will not be refunded.

CONFIDENTIALITY

You shall preserve in strict confidence all confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information from Holistic Genius whether or not marked with “proprietary” or “confidential” and whether oral or written.

You will not:

(i) disclose or cause to be disclosed at any time any confidential information obtained from Holistic Genius, or

(ii) use or cause to be used any of such confidential information for any purpose, except as required in the performance of the program or services.

You hereby represent, warrant and covenant that you shall maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards designed to

(1) insure the security, integrity and confidentiality of all confidential information,

(2) protect against any anticipated threats or hazards to the security, integrity or confidentiality of confidential information, and

(3) protect against unauthorized access to or use or disclosure of confidential information

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

Payments are made in either DKK or EUR. The VAT amount will always be visible on the invoice. Payment is made via a payment link or by bank transfer with invoice.

Bank transfers must be made no later than 2 working days before the service is delivered. Services delivered to the client by Holistic Genius must be paid upfront. Any delay in payment resolves in a delay of delivery (1:1 & business clients) and participation (group programs). 

Instalment plans are offered for some services and will incur a fee.

The client is responsible for providing documentation of the payment of a service.

PRICES

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Price changes to any recurring subscriptions will be given in due notice, hence allowing the customer to cancel a subscription within the terms of notice.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made with Holistic Genius and the associated payment portals. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

In respect to Human Design readings and Numerological products – you are responsible for delivering the correct name and birth data. If data provided by you is not correct, this does not give you the right to a new session or a financial reimbursement.

TERMS OF NOTICE

Subscriptions can be cancelled any time – however the already paid amount will not be reimbursed. Termination of subscriptions must be done by email to Holistic Genius.

Notice for terminating subscriptions that require involvement from Holistic Genius must be sent to hello@daretorest.dk at least 3 work days prior to renewal of your subscription.

A payment plan for a specific product is not to be considered the equivalent of a subscription, hence will abide by a different set of termination rules.

BUSINESS HOURS

All services provided by Holistic Genius are delivered during standard business hours from 8 am to 5 pm CET/CEST from Monday to Friday with the except of public holidays unless specifically agreed differently in written form.

LIABILITIES

Holistic Genius does not guarantee that any use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. Holistic Genius does not guarantee any benefits, profits, performance improvement or any other results for using our services. It is your responsibility to ensure that you make use of the product and the purchased service, and you are solely accountable for the results of the products and/or mentoring/coaching received. Holistic Genius is not accountable for whether the desired results are achieved by the customer or not.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are provided “as is” and “as available” for your personal use only.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.

Holistic Genius is not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please carefully review the third-party’s policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party. Under no circumstances will Holistic Genius be responsible for any such claims.

ERRORS & INACCURACIES

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

GOVERNING LAW

Any discrepancies between Holistic Genius and their clients shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Danish legislation, using Lyngby City Court as the first instance.

CONTACT INFORMATION

You understand and acknowledge that Mette Flindt, CEO is unavailable on Saturdays, Sundays and any public holidays in the country of her residence. She can therefore not be contacted on those days, nor will she be available for any delivery of services unless specifically agreed.

All phone calls between you and any director, officer, employee, affiliate, agent, or intern of Holistic Genius must be scheduled in advance.

ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR 1:1 COACHING & GROUP PROGRAMS

MUTUAL RESPECT AND COMMITMENT

Any coaching relationship requires deep levels of trust from both parties. We do parts of life together. Both Holistic Genius as well as the client commits to the before-mentioned confidentiality. As a client you respect that any negative feedback or level of dissatisfaction for any services delivered are directed discretely to Holistic Genius in order to clarify any discrepancies between the parties.

If a client fails to respect this privacy boundary, Holistic Genius reserves the right to discontinue the work immediately and with no compensation for already paid services.

COACHING PACKAGES

The coaching packages delivered by Holistic Genius grants access to a varying number of sessions depending on the duration of the package.

  • 12 months package grants access to 48 sessions
  • 6 months package grants access to 24 sessions
  • 3 months package grants access to 11 sessions

Durability of sessions are either 25 or 50 minutes depending on the package offered.

All sessions are delivered online, unless agreed otherwise.

TERMINATION RULES & PAYMENT COMMITMENTS

When a client commits to pay a service either paid in full or on an installment plan, they commit to paying the full price of the service, irrespectively if they decide to terminate the collaboration prematurely. A client enforces their commitment when the first invoice is issued.

If a client decides to terminate the agreement, they agree to pay the full price of the service as well as accept that no pre-payments or previously paid invoices will be reimbursed.

Any order you make with Holistic Genius, you commit to pay fully no matter what reason you might have to terminate the agreement.

Unpaid invoices will go through a debt collection process in accordance with Danish legislation.

DELIVERY OF GROUP PROGRAMS

Coaching programs are delivered after payment. Clients gradually gain access to the modules as the live program builds. The client accepts to create an account on whatever platform the program is delivered in order to gain access to the provided material.

When the client books a spot on a program and invoices are issued, the client is obligated to pay all issued invoices. If invoices are issued, the program participation cannot be canceled.

The client accepts that dates for delivery of the program can be rescheduled.

GROUP PROGRAM INTERACTIONS

Any communication, comments, interactions between you, other group participants and Holistic Genius in any Group Programs must always follow the rules outlined by Holistic Genius.

There is a NO TOLERANCE policy for hate speech or bullying in these groups. Any hateful comments will be removed without warning. Holistic Genius reserves the right to discontinue your access to the program, without any form of compensation, if these rules are not followed.

TIMELY ATTENDANCE

All coaching sessions take place online. If you are more than 10 minutes late to a session and have not informed Mette Flindt about this upfront, you will lose your right to the session.

Any delayed attendance from you is considered lost session time and will not be compensated with extra time or financially.

INTERNET STABILITY

For any service delivered live online the client is responsible for showing up timely as well as making sure a stable internet connection is available for the service to be delivered. Any issue with accessibility from the client’s side does not result in compensational time, session or financial reimbursement.

SESSION & PROGRAM CANCELLATION POLICY

Prepaid sessions are not refundable. If you are unable to attend your session at the given time, you can move your session without fees etc., provided the cancellation is made no later than 48 hours before the session. If the cancellation is given later than 48 hours prior to the session, you do not have the option to move your session to a later time. If voice-memo support is included in the package you have purchased you still have access to this support.

If a cancellation is made by Mette Flindt, you are entitled to have a new session or new program planned at no cost. Mette Flindt or her team will contact you with information about the sick leave and suggestions for a new date and time for the delivery of the service.

If Mette Flindt is off sick for a period of 6 months or more, the full amount of the session, the remaining part of the program, or the entire program will be refunded, depending on what has been paid for and what part cannot be implemented. This is determined on a case to case basis.

TESTIMONIALS

Upon delivering a testimonial (written or video) the client grants full rights of usage to Holistic Genius. This includes editing and sharing the testimonial both on Social Media platforms, in newsletters, on website etc.. A client cannot revoke their rights to the testimonial.

ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

ONLINE SELF-STUDY PROGRAM

Upon purchase of an online course, the client receives access to the course shortly after payment. The client receives an email with information how to access the program. The client is responsible for following the instructions provided to gain access.

The online course is personal and may not be shared with others.

DIGITAL AUDIO FILE

Upon purchase of a pre-recorded digital audio product, the customer will receive access to the audio file upon payment. Holistic Genius does not commit to converting the audio file to any other format than the one in which it’s delivered.

ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR BUSINESS CLIENTS

INVOICING OF PREPAYMENT

Upon agreeing to the delivery of a one-off service Holistic Genius will issue an invoice on 50% of the full service amount.

PAYMENT AND DELAYED PAYMENTS

Any one-off service must be paid in full at least 2 working days before the service is delivered. If such payment is not in place Holistic Genius has a right to deny delivery of the service.

Any continual service will be discontinued when an invoice is running late on payment. When any financial outstanding is handled the service will continue if both parties mutually agree on this.

CANCELLATION FEE

The cancellation fee on any one-off service is 50% of the total price of the service. Any cancellation, at any time, from the client’s side will result in this fee.

FULL REIMBURSEMENT

If Holistic Genius cancels a one-off service and the two parties cannot mutually agree on an alternative date for delivery of the service, a full reimbursement of the already invoiced and paid amount will be issued.

MILEAGE

For any services delivered on-site at the clients address or on any location decided by the client, Holistic Genius will be reimbursed for the mileage from the Holistic Genius home address. Rates are in accordance with danish legislation.

FEEDBACK

The business client accepts that Holistic Genius gathers feedback from course participants, coachees and any other people who have received the service. This feedback can in anonymized form, unless agreed otherwise, be used as marketing material for Holistic Genius.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms for any invoiced service is maximum 8 calendar days.

Delayed payments will immediately stop the delivery of the service.

You will be reminded of delayed payments encouraging you to pay the outstanding amount.

Any outstanding debt to Holistic Genius will undergo a debt collection process. Any fees, interests etcetera will be issued in accordance with Danish legislation.
